Wyoming law (Wyo. Stat. § 29-1-312) prescribes its own lien waiver form. A waiver that does not follow the statutory text may be null, void, and unenforceable in Wyoming.
The Wyoming statutory form is not yet available on this site. Note that Wyoming law requires this form to be notarized.
