Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 44-14-366) prescribes its own lien waiver form. A waiver that does not follow the statutory text may be null, void, and unenforceable in Georgia.
The Georgia statutory form is not yet available on this site. Note that Georgia law requires the signature to be witnessed or notarized.
